Elena Talan's Bio

Elena feels right at home in Hollywood. She works in commercials, music videos, TV and film.

She does voice over work both in English and Russian. She has also produced several experimental films. Elena started acting when she was 10, her first role being Puss in Boots in a theatrical production. She loved being chased by the lion on stage, which made her realize how much fun acting is.

Elena traveled the world and experienced different cultures. She speaks several languages and writes for a Los Angeles Russian newspaper. Elena plays piano and studies classical ballet. She feels equally comfortable in an evening gown on the red carpet as well as snowboarding in baggy pants or roller-skating on Venice beach in funky skate gear. She also plays tennis, is an active scuba diver and is very good at sudoku, sometimes solving sudoku puzzles while decompressing underwater.

Besides having a passion for acting, Elena likes trying new things in life and developing new skills. Most recently, after attending the Burning Man festival, she started fire spinning and drumming.
